Dr. Schroeder and her staff are awesome. She has a great "chairside" manor and is AMAZING with kids. She has yet to suggest a procedure she didn't think was absolutely necessary (unlike those "Wal-Mart" dentist offices; I'm looking at you, Aspen). You don't need a pediatric dentist, you need Dr. Schroeder. GO there. Trust me.
I have been to this office twice. The first time was semi pleasant. The second was not a good experience. I was told an X-ray of my sons front tooth was coverage by my insurance from the staff at this office. From the previous appointment. It wasn't. Now I am being borderline harassed by their billing guy. I took their word which I had explained. I exclaimed that it needed to be covered. He said the Dr Schroeder would call me about it, she hasn't. Which is unusual in itself. They will not honor their word. I understand I have bill. But I was told by the office it was in fact covered. Also the hygienist turned her nose up at me for the toothpaste my sons previous dentist prescribed for him. OK I HATE leaving bad reviews but due too horrible customer experience and service. I will not be back. It's just sad.
I would highly recommend This dentist. I have been to Several dentist in my life. I will say she has to be the best one I have ever went too. She does a great job on filling ( I have had 4 filled by her). She took her time and done it right the first time! I will be going to her for all my dental needs.
