Every time I've been here I have to wait a long time for my food. I'm never in there at a busy time either. They're just slow.
I ordered the chicken BLT salad and it was disgusting. The salad had a gross slimy texture.
The last time I went there I found a hair in my sandwich. I don't think I've ever had hair in my food at any other major fast food restaurant, even other DQs. If it takes so long to make the food, you could at least do a quality check. I'll never come to this DQs again.
This place is literally trash. I walk in and there's tons of people waiting for their food but none waiting for their order to be taken. There's a total of 2 people on grill and one person working counter and soft serve. The lobby is no where near full and in every corner there's countless amounts of crumbs, pieces of food, French fries, trash, napkins, spilled drinks, etc laying everywhere. The tables were sticky and covered in trash and crumbs. The employees were screaming at each other in the back. My food was lukewarm and they forgot my gravy (ordered honey bbq chicken strip basket ) took them 10 minutes after asking twice for it. The guy who took my order was rude and barely spoke. And they got my dad's order wrong, he asked for no tomato on his burger and there was tomato. People in there are just teenagers in high school who don't know work from a party and have no clue how to work fast food.
The biscuits and gravy here are the best, hands down. The staff is always polite and fast. They are one of the only local places that will hire a juvenile under the age of 16. That is wonderful, teaching children to work for a dollar and the fulfillment of financial Independence. Many local kids have called this there first job, and for that to them we owe our business.
this location has very friendly people and the food is always great. Every time I've went through the service is quick through the drive-thru and I am always greeted with a smile and a nice greeting. If you're looking for some fan food look no further. Only bad thing I can think of it all is how addicted I am to the Oreo blizzards LOL
