The rudest lady answered my call. I accidentally said my order was a carry out and she proceeded to say in a very rude tone “okay well that closed 45 minutes ago” and we apologized and said “I’m sorry I meant delivery” because i just wanted to be sure. She then mocked me by saying “okay well that’s why I asked for your address” in a very degrading manner. Later on I was laughing because I’m with friends and they do funny things. She practically yelled at me saying in a rude way once again “okay is something funny because if we hear any type of laughter we assume it’s a prank call and we take it very seriously.” Literally the worst customer service ever had!! Will not be ordering from here again. Fix your workers attitude!!
My roommate and I ordered two pizzas from here because they had a buy one get one special with online orders. One of our pizzas was a large cheese with Parmesan sauce. We get home and begin to eat the pizza and there's no sauce. So we call them to complain because we don't want to eat a pizza that's literally just bread and cheese. The worker was extremely rude and tried telling me that we were wrong and she definitely put sauce on our pizza. If she did, it was so little that we couldn't taste any of it. She offered to make a new one and we said yes, that's what we would like. She was extremely rude about the offer and slammed the phone down. We went to pick up the pizza and there was so much sauce that it soaked through the box, and she gave me dirty looks. We just wanted enough sauce so we could taste it on our pizza. I do not recommend purchasing a pizza from this place! I am amazed at how terrible the service was.

Excellent staff members, all of them super polite, made sure my order was correct, the pasta bowl and pizza looked and tasted amazing. The employee named Caylee, I believe, was super energetic, she was super friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend not calling after 10:40 on Monday through Thursday because they close at 11 and honestly I know how bad a late order can make you get out of there much later than need be.
Super friendly staff, fast service hot food and great experience. Stephanie is the manager and she is so sweet. She makes the best pizza!
