Clothing is always ready on time and they do a great job. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating every time I visit.
Worst experience ever! Do not use for alterations!!! Dropped off suit coat on 8/5 for a simple sleeve lengthening, picked up on 8/16 and nothing had been done! Didn't find out until I arrived home that nothing had been done, and the lady charged me any way! Terrible service!!!!
The manager at this location was beyond rude when I asked If I was missing a shirt. I have never been treated so bad and talked to like I was her child instead of a 45 yo woman. I will never go back to this Cleaner’s. There is no customer service so if anything goes wrong people should be worried.
The staff was very cheerful, friendly and outgoing when I dropped off my suit jacket to be cleaned. It was available as promised and the service when I picked it up was the same as when I dropped it off. I will be returning in the future with additional items to be cleaned.
They take great care of thier customers and store. They know me by name, I get in and out fast. The 24 hour option is great.
