Poor experience. They pretend to care about customer and or employer. However when they see money that is all they see. I worked there for 2 years. They had me lie to customers many times to get the job done cheaper. I was let go due to circumstances I could not avoid. I did nothing wrong so was hired by AAA irrigation for 2 dollars more an hour. I tried to help Laduke in the time of need, but when they were done with me they through me away like I never existed. This company only cares about making money.

I have several friends who use them -install & service - and have referred so many others. LaDuke's is professional, prompt, guarantee their work, and Do Not damage your yard!!! They also installed a beautiful pond with amazing landscaping that included plant types I preferred. WONDERFUL OWNER, EXCELLENT WORK!!! Can't go wrong. If any problems just call and they take care of you. They also offer discounted prepaid services for turn on & winterization. I'll never change companies. A definite "10" in my opinion!!! Choose LaDuke's! Past experience with others was not good. Too many turnovers. LaDuke's still has the same staff as when they started...certainly rare.
