I've had several different services here and have always been pleased withe the results. I do think they could make their prices a little more competitive with other local full service spas.
Botox Wears off after 1 month. I get Botox regularly elsewhere. I decided to try this business closer to home. I get the same # of units I always get. After about 30 days my Botox began waring off (this would usually last me 3-4 months elsewhere) Botox comes in a powder form and is mixed with saline. My guess is they are watering it down here.
Love the hydro facial! It was very relaxing and my skin felt great for weeks!
I can't comment on the quality of Azure's professional services (surely they are quite good) because I never made it in the door. Their customer service is terrible. I called them more than two weeks prior to a gift certificate expiration. They had NO open appointments prior to the expiry date. They informed me that they could not honor my gift certificate after that date, even though they were completely booked until that time. The manager I talked to was rude and inflexible. Needless to say, I cannot recommend this business. I've been in similar situations with other establishments, and they've gladly honored the certificate as long as the appointment is *scheduled* prior to the the expiration date. Azure was completely inflexible. This was not a free coupon - it was a gift certificate, which had already been paid for!! They now have my $75 and I have nothing. Incidentally, I've never written a bad online review until now. I just had to share this experience to warn others of the poor customer service.
My experience of the service has been fantastic!!!! If "lifeisgood" person waited until the last minute to make appt. I am glad my appointment was not bumped for a procrastinator. Laser hair removal, service, location are EXCELLENT! I would recommend it to anyone!
