I can't go back to these people. I just can't. I'd been warn before, I just wish I listened.

A malpractice suit looking for a place to happen. You'll have plenty of time to look too as you wait for hours to get a test done.

I called them one time to set up an appointment for my husband, left a long messege about what's it's about, " my husband were in pain ". They never called back, called them again after a couple of day... same o same o I ended up calling a specialist for my husbands knee. So I wish Dr Lin can see this review.

Looooooong waits in an uncomfortable reception area and surly staff who snarl at you "can't you see we're understaffed." How is that my fault? This place was slow and unfriendly before Baptist Health took over, now they act like it's you who works for them.

Practitioners are okay, but the office staff is terrible. They are slow and vindictive toward patients that express frustration over the hour-long waits. Office manager often inserts herself into medical decisions, interfering in the provider/patient relationship. This place is everything that is wrong with business medicine.

Everything was great when I started going to this Office around 5 years ago. After Floyd Memorial Hospital took over, it all went down hill. You can't get a phone call in to make an appointment without a 45 minute wait. You can leave a voicemail for each individual doctor, but they rarely respond. They are also usually several days late on updating medicine/refills. I miss the way they used to be.

I've seen Dr Lin one time, she isn't that bad. Now seeing her back is quite a different story. If only the people that answers the calls or the the so called Medical professionals that answers the call calls you back can be a little courteous enough when you need an appointment. No! None of these women are. They need to be in a customer service seminar 1 on 1. I don't believe handling paper work is enough. They are down right rude.

Then here after a year, they are calling patients for their yearly check up. I didn't get it on the first time, second time I just I just ignore it. The third time they called here's what the woman in the end says. " This is (whatever here name is) from Dr Lins office, THIS IS MY 3rd PHONE CALL NOW! Reminding you to call us for a yearly check up." Really now, who do this women think they are. It seems that there time is really important to remind me that they are calling me.
