The other mechanics, and the dealership, had offered insane explanations. One suggested that a PVC valve was the cause, and offered the price of around $450 to repair. The dealership said that there was a fried O2 sensor, and a faulty water pump. They offered to repair them for $1,400.

Always take my vehicles to them and they are quick and very reasonable on the price

We gave them the go-ahead. As it turns out, the alternator had gone bad. One week later, and all of the issues have vanished. Total price to remedy was around $415 if my memory serves well. Two months is how long it took to repair these issues. The other mechanics took seven weeks and six days. Faulkenburg Automotive repaired it in less than 24 hours.

I will definitely be back in the future.

The prices are reasonable. But the Service is not. We had a tire fixed and had to return two days later to get he same thing that was supposed to be fixed, fixed again. And the MADE MS PAY AGAIN FOR IT!

Great deal on tires and honest about what needs to be done. Had tires going down and instead of telling me to buy new tires he said they were leaking from around the rims. They reseated the tires on the rims and saved me money.

The technician (his name slips my memory) seemed knowledgeable, and was honest with me. He answered every question, and even explained how they tested the car to prove that the issue they claimed we had was correct. This was key, especially considering what the other mechanics had suggested.

We take all of our vehicles here. They aren’t overpriced, they do a wonderful job and they get you in pretty quick. Also we love supporting small local business owners.

We recently dropped 2012 Chevy Cruze off for inspection. We had taken it to two other mechanics, and a dealership, because of lacking engine power, low fuel economy, and random maintenance indicator issues.

After the battery died at 9:00pm, 15 miles from home, in 35 degree weather, we brought it to Faulkenburg Automotive.
