Excellent customer service! Best bank for small businesses by far...
My intention for this review is simply stating facts, not tell anyone or imply hurt feelings etc. ..anyhow, I ran a loan through here after being referred by another industry professional who I senda significant amount of business to and who also sends a significant amount of business to them. As an industry professional, I did not have a pleasant experience, specifically regarding communication and my quoted rate. I forwarded all requested documents within 24 hours. Three times my representative (Pearlie Walker) took 5-7 days or more to tell me that she hadn't received. Upon hearing this, we simply went back into my sent files and sent again. Phone calls and emails were sparse. Loan took double the amount of time initially stated and when I got to the closing table, my rate was a full half percentage point higher than I was quoted 3 times before. Now, you tell me, how would you feel about all of this?
